I was just turned onto these recipes for homemade low carb scones and clotted cream via the (great resource for keto-ers, btw), and I just had to share them immediately.

IF you can tolerate dairy (as in, you don’t have immune system issues, seasonal allergies (hayfever) or digestive sensitivities, you’re at your goal weight and you’re not insulin resistant)… then you must try this simple, easy and amazingly delicious recipe for clotted cream as soon as possible.
