Hey there! For this episode – #44 – of Ask Dr Emily, I just want to take a minute to say thank you to you, my dear listeners!

You are why I am here, why I do this podcast each week, and I am so thankful for the fact that you tune in and listen!

I have so much information that I want to share with you, from my 25 years as a holistic doctor, and I am grateful for the opportunity to do that here each week. It gives me so much joy to share this information with you, and hopefully help make your life a little better with each tidbit!

I also want to wish you a very happy, healthy Thanksgiving holiday, however you choose to spend it, whether it’s with family, friends, or on your own.
