Delicious, easy and satisfying, this healthy, non-dairy, Paleo and low carb/Keto Ranch dressing makes salads even more wonderful!
- 1.5 cups mayo (Primal Mayo or Chosen Foods Mayo are yummy mayos made with super-healthy avocado oil, or, you can make your own mayo)
- 1/4 cup coconut cream (NOT coconut milk, coconut oil or coconut butter/manna) – Let’s Do Organic or Trader Joe’s brands of coconut cream have no thickeners or additives
- 2 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a fork, or blend briefly in a blender, until well mixed, and it’s ready to go! Add a bit of water as desired if you like it less thick.
If stored in a well-sealed glass jar, this keeps in fridge for up to 2 weeks. Best if made at least 1 day ahead to let flavors meld.
